The following terms and conditions should be read carefully and are effective immediately on all orders executed by Allstate Leather, Inc.
Prices: All our Prices are FOB Texas. Due to material and Production cost fluctuations, prices are subject to change without prior notice
Minimum Wholesale Orders: $500 (Only on First Order) No minimum for Retail Orders.
Payment Terms: We ship all our orders VISA/MASTERCARD, C.O.D. CASHIER’S CHECK OR MONEY ORDER ONLY. To establish C.O.D. Company Check or other terms requires prior approval and the completion of a credit application. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for processing. Note All returned Checks will be subject to $25.00 Handling charges per transaction.
Shipments: All order are shipped via FEDEX, UPS, or USPS unless otherwise advised by the customer. We are not responsible if package lost in USPS via Priority mail or Express mail. We have no control on USPS.
Shortages & Packages Received: A) Upon receiving your order, each carton should be checked for damage/ tampering before signing for delivery receipt.
B) DO NOT DISCARD damaged cartons as they may be held for inspection purposes.
C) If you receive a damaged package by UPS, notify your local UPS Customer Service for advice & write “Damaged Carton” on all delivery receipts before signing.
Returns: All merchandise must be inspected upon receiving and any discrepancies, defects or shortages must be reported to Allstate Leather Immediately. A Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #) is required for all returns. Please write the RMA # on the outside of the each carton for quicker service. Allstate Leather reserves the right to determine the nature of any defects/discrepancies of all return merchandise. Any credits/ replacements will only be made after returns have been received by Allstate Leather. All packages received without RMA # will be refused.
Restocking Fee: Restocking fee of 15% will be charged on merchandise being returned 30 days after the invoice purchase date.
Back Orders: All back orders will be shipped within 45 to 60 days unless otherwise advised by the customer for any cancellations. Please advise your sales representative if you wish to cancel backorders automatically.
