Returns & Exchanges:
We will gladly take your return back for refund or exchange. Returns must be shipped back to Allstate Leather within 30 days of original purchase date. Before sending any return to Allstate Leather, customer must obtain a Return Authorization number or RA# by calling or emailing Allstate Leather. If returned package is received without RA# the package will be refused.
Exchange:
If you wish to exchange for a different style or size, please include a note inside the box stating the changes you wish to make. Customer pays shipping for all exchanges.
Returns:
Item’s being returned for refund must be in its original purchased condition with its original packing. Upon receipt the returned item we will inspected by our return department and if items are used or worn refund will not be issued. Customer is responsible for the shipping.
Restocking Fee:
Restocking fee of 15% will be charged on merchandise being returned 30 days after the invoice purchase date.
